We live nearby and decided to try this pub now that it's under new management. What a revelation! Lovely friendly owners, nothing is too much trouble, beautifully cosy bar, and very reasonable prices! Newbridge finally has the pub it needed & deserves.

What an amazing little pub for Penzance both me and my wife attended today and get ready for this a beautiful roast dinner for £7.50 each and we could not finish it all but what a meal this is a must if you are in the Penzance area.

About this, and a few minutes later her evening meal was sorted. Ian then let's slip, they had just cooked some farmhouse gammon, now Ian being a farmer, that decision, for me, was a no brainer. The gammon, egg and chips were excellent, especially the gammon.

Had a fabulous Sunday lunch, the lamb was tender and tasty with lots of lovely veg. My wife’s turkey was equally delicious, so she said. At a very reasonable price. Great atmosphere and very friendly host, who couldn’t do enough for us.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT.Thank goodness for that. We had a lovely roast there today and Tracey and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly. It’s lovely to have the village local back again. Thank You. We’ll be back xx.
